Access to some features, actions, or usage volumes may require credits, and credits may be offered subject to payment, subscription, package purchase, or other pricing conditions published by us from time to time. The service is not offered to companies, agencies, organizations, or other business users except pursuant to our prior written authorization. You are solely responsible for reviewing the pricing, credit consumption rules, package conditions, and any other commercial terms applicable to your account or use of the service before making use of paid features or consuming credits. Unless expressly stated otherwise by Meawfy, credits are non-refundable once purchased, allocated, transferred, consumed, or otherwise applied to service usage.

Without limiting any other rights or remedies available to us, any company, agency, organization, or other business user that accesses or uses the service without contacting us in advance and obtaining the required authorization shall be subject to a base commercial access fee of USD 55,000 per month, plus the value of any credits used, consumed, generated, or reasonably attributable to such use.

Where the business user is engaged in DMCA management, copyright enforcement, takedown operations, or any substantially similar activity, the base commercial access fee shall automatically be multiplied by four (4), in recognition of the materially greater commercial value that Meawfy provides to such businesses as compared with general market alternatives.

If we detect or reasonably determine that a business user has made use of the service without prior contact and authorization, such use shall constitute implicit acceptance of the applicable commercial fee structure described in these Terms, and we may issue the corresponding invoice to that business user immediately, without prior notice and without prejudice to suspension, termination, collection, or any other remedy available under these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. You are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our service, other accounts, or computer systems.

Any account, membership, or subscription made available through Meawfy is personal to the registered user and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or otherwise made available to any other person or entity. For the avoidance of doubt, any credit transfer functionality that we may expressly enable from time to time shall not be considered account sharing, and any such transfer shall be governed exclusively by the rules, conversion rates, limitations, and conditions published by Meawfy for that feature. If we detect, investigate, or reasonably suspect account sharing or other unauthorized multi-user access, we may suspend or cancel the account immediately, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

IMPORTANT: Meawfy acts solely as a search engine and indexing service. We do not host, upload, store, or have any control over the files, content, or materials accessible through the links we index. All content is hosted by third parties on external platforms, primarily Mega.nz.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the content accessible through our service, including but not limited to its accuracy, legality, safety, appropriateness, or compliance with copyright laws. Users access such content entirely at their own risk and responsibility.

Meawfy's seat and principal place of operations for this service is in Myanmar.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar.
